Condemned To See History Repeating
The Shameful Past and Present
Ferguson In Surrender
by Angela Molette

May Our Creator Continue To Light The Path and Ancestors Approve All Efforts!
It is right to present the following to you at this time. Historically, African-ancestored People within geographical boundaries and jurisdiction of a land known as the United States of America have been denied rights of return to aboriginal lands of the Americas (for starters). Yet, what we have actually been denied goes deeper, past and present.

African-ancestored People of the Americas have, on a very basic level, a reasonable expectation of Fair Dealings, Fair Treatment and Interactions free of bias. We harbor those feelings because we’ve been socialized to believe that people are dealing fairly, until such time it is proven that they are not. So, when events arise, like the Ferguson Police Execution of Michael Brown, in context, it is easy to see absence of Fairness, Fair Dealing and Inequities, becoming symbolic and perhaps symptomatic of deeper ills.

The Ferguson Police Execution also provides a segway for Greater Society to learn what is at the root of these repetitive National problems. Ferguson’s Black Population (like many others across the land) are in surrender. Michael Brown was in surrender, complete with the universal sign of Hands Up. What’s startling is that it is not the first time in human history for “Ferguson’s” in general to have been under siege and in surrender.

What Ferguson Survivors should know; our Human Rights and Continued Survival of the Ferguson Culture is in Jeopardy, because we are likely witnessing closure of a very old plan to legitimize original theft of the Americas. Our folks were survivors of the First “Ferguson Extinction Level Event” (which none were taught about in school). However, we were taught to follow the bouncing ball, so watch carefully…the ball is bouncing.

What modern Ferguson Survivors should know; our Human Rights and continued Survival are in Jeopardy, because we are likely witnessing troops trained to engage us militarily in closure of the original plan to legitimize theft of the Americas by eliminating all potential African-ancestored claimants to the aboriginal soil. Our collective peoples were survivors of the First “Ferguson Extinction Level Event” (which none were taught in school). However, we were taught to follow the bouncing ball, so watch carefully…the ball is bouncing.

The first Ferguson Executions, an Extinction Level Event, saw many more people than Michael Brown killed for lands, improvements, natural resources and growth potential. The action put Ferguson’s on Plantations and within Indian Territory or Indian Country in Historical Surrender. All people outside those specific territories were at risk of forceful termination and genocidal wars of extinction.

Ferguson in Surrender 2
What remained after the initial Ferguson Extinction Level Event was “Ferguson’s” in surrender. Interestingly, many Ferguson’s were also “Browns” and “Franklins”, and they were also dynamic Cultures as well. In fact, North America was almost “named Franklin.” Our Indigenous ancestors retained a host of individual and tribal names, but dwelled within geographical locations named “Ferguson”.

Ferguson were/are a free-born people originating in Africa. There progeny traversed through many countries, including Greenland arriving in the hemisphere as free people. They comprised first populations of Papua New Guinea, Tasmania, Australia, New Zealand, Cook Islands, Canada, Melanesia and the Americas.

Indigenous “Ferg”, “Fergus” or “Ferguson”, are directly related to Ra`s al Khaymah, Arowak, “Que” of Queensland, “Quesera” “Que Sera”, “Que Brada”, “Quebrada” Olmec, Inca and many other nations throughout North, Central and South America.
Another important thing to realize is that indigenous African-ancestored Americans (“Ferg”, “Fergus” and “Ferguson”, as well as, other aboriginal cultures) do not belong to the corporate United States of America, but are Indigenous People to whom the soil of America belongs.

The United States of America is a signatory to the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People (since, 2010). It means that America is now party to an international Human Rights Instrument serving as a guide to preserved and recognized rights specific to Indigenous Populations around the world.

Most of you understand that Black Indians United Legal Defense and Education Fund, Incorporated of Enid, Oklahoma has been advocating for the rights of Black Indians. Yet, you may not also realize that we revel in the fact that African-ancestored Americans are our Brothers, Sisters and Kin. Therefore, it remains our Organizational belief that you should be aware of the complete rainbow of rights that must be made available, accessible and beneficial to our collective peoples, in all the places they exist around the world, including North America.

As an organization, Black Indians United Legal Defense and Education Fund, Inc agrees with public, private and professional sentiment and assessments contending that African-ancestored Peoples of the United States are facing negative incursions with U.S. Law Enforcement with increasing frequency, across a wide cross-section of the United States over Aboriginal America.

Far too many Agents of Local, State and Federal are meting accusations, judgments and instantaneous executions upon a Black Populace In Historical Surrender (Indian Removal and Former Enslaved Descendants qualifies) for us to speculate that it is simply the errant actions of a few “loose canons.”

Ferguson in Surrender 3

Remnant Ferguson Culture Indigenous African Ancestored Populations endured allegations—from Police for trivial infractions to the most serious of violations, in addition to accusations, judgment and extra-Judicial Executions characteristic of militarism, vigilantism and predation.

Additionally, since African-ancestored folks are targeted specifically means offenses are classic Hate Crimes.

It is our contention that this targeted remnant populations should have benefit of immunity and protection from oppressive laws, subjugation, criminalization, profiling, particularly in the wake of Marshall law, curfew, tear-gassing, shootings and political imprisonment. Their rights arise dual citizenship and Treaty Protections entered between the United States and various nations of Indian Tribes, inclusive of African-ancestored populations among the Tribes allowed autonomy to inhabit their own settlements.

The United States agreed, by the language of the 1866 Treaties to protect our peoples, mandates that have not been adhered to for far too many years.

In addition to Ferguson, there have been similar executions in Oklahoma.
In Tulsa Oklahoma an unarmed young African-ancestored man (friend, to the daughter of an Off-Duty Police Officer) was killed in cold-blood by the girl’s father, an off-duty Police Officer. The family of the young victim faced public and private pressure to simply “forgive” Officer and his wife, because of their basic belief in Christianity. However, belief in Christianity is not sufficient to outweigh Federal responsibility to charge that officer (off-duty or not) with committing a Hate Crime. At minimum he violated the oath to protect and serve while un-holstering his weapon to fire specifically at an unarmed citizen committing no crime.

Another high-profile incident was an asthmatic New York Cigarette Salesman in complete physical surrender to Police, choked to death in broad daylight in front of a milieu of witnesses who found it hard to believe what they saw.

On and off-duty Police conduct must be closely scrutinized by Public Review Boards and Police Departments with more Regional and Federal over-site or review of Statistics, incidents and activities. Off-duty behavior is particularly important because Officers are viewed holistically for their mental and physical capability or fitness and lack thereof, to perform assigned duties.

To aid in gaining more complete understanding of concerns raised by Black Indians United Legal Defense and Education, Inc, an Enid, Oklahoma Educational Advocacy Organization, we contend that it is necessary to review everything that happened to “Ferg”, “Fergus” and “Ferguson” Peoples in America’s Past and Present. Evidence of Ferguson inhabitance is herein attached.
